The Nordic

Queens, NY

The Nordic is located in the heart of Astoria – a bustling neighborhood in Queens, New York.

The Nordic houses 10 units throughout its 6 stories. It has a modern, clean, and minimalistic exterior, which is also reflected through the strong Scandinavian design tactics that are used throughout the units and the cafe inside of the building.

Developed by AKI, this luxury apartment building features 9,500 square feet of Porcelanosa’s Avenue Black Nature and Boston Stone porcelain panels. The dark Avenue Black Nature panels envelop the protruding section of the building, while the lighter Boston Stone panels cover the main framework.
