Dahlia is a newly constructed condominium building, located at 212 West 95th Street in the Upper West Side neighborhood of Manhattan, New York. The building is located near Central Park West and Riverside Park.
Created by RKTB Architects, Dahlia is a 20 story building with 38 two, three, and four bedroom residences within it. It also has many amenities for its guests, including a 5,100 square foot private elevated park within the building.
Inspired by the rare, blooming flower that it is named after, Dahlia is covered in over 15,000 square feet of custom made porcelain panels, and is accented by contrasting vertical black window frames.
The porcelain panels have a neutral beige color and were cut down into various sizes. The porcelain panels were laid in a horizontally staggered pattern over the building.
