The building is covered with 18,000 square feet of large format porcelain panels. There are two different types of large porcelain panels (one with a light grey hue, and the other with a dark grey tone), which were both custom designed for the project. The ventilated porcelain rainscreen system supplied by Porcelanosa Facades, helped Convivium achieve the Passive House certification, which is a rigorous standard focused on high performing thermal envelope to reduce the building’s ecological footprint.
