With its exterior designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects, 856 Washington houses 26 luxurious residences over its 14 floors. The building also has a unique rooftop deck that overlooks Brooklyn and Manhattan skylines.

The two toned building is covered in a ventilated façade that has over 9,000 square feet of stone-look Boston Topo porcelain panels, and is accented with Boston Grafito porcelain panels that surround certain facets of the side of the building and inlayed with windows throughout the facade.
